Vaughn E. Browning

Vaughn E. Browning, age 44, passed away July 17, 2018 peacefully at his residence.

He was born February 11, 1974 in Sidney, Ohio to father Donald Browning and mother Nyoka (O’Quinn) Winemiller who preceded him in death.

He is survived by brothers Donnie (Holly Wallace) Browning of Botkins, Adam Browning of Sidney; sisters Mary Winemiller of Sidney, Billie Jo Haney of Sidney; stepfather Richard Winemiller of Greenville; stepmother Debra French of Florida; stepbrothers Richard Winemiller of Sidney, Scott Toler of Troy, Chris Winemiller of Sidney; and stepsisters Angie (Danny) Campbell of Sidney, Misty (Steve) Smith of Florida.

Vaughn was an avid Bengals fan. He really enjoyed rock music and spending time with his friends and family. He liked to walk around town to socialize with his neighbors and friends.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday July 28, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Adams Funeral Home in Sidney, Ohio. Pastor Chad Wilson will be officiating services. Adams Funeral Home will be caring for the needs of the Browning family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Browning family to help offset funeral costs.
