Terry A Byrd

Terry A. Byrd, age 77, of Sidney, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering.

Terry was born February 20, 1942 in Quincy, Ohio to the late Orrie Byrd and Margaret (Helmandollar) Byrd.

His wife Helene (Troxtell) Byrd preceded him in death.

Terry is survived by children; Shannon Byrd of Sidney, Jenna (Brian) Lewis of Lexington, KY., Vicki (Randy) Lewis of Burnside, KY., grandchildren; Kiya Byrd, Myka Riggs, Brandi Brake, Cheyenne Lewis, Raylea Lewis, Justin Lewis, Nicholas Lewis, great- great grandchild, Skyler Brake, sisters, Joyce (Ron) Hubble of Sidney and Alone (John) Lyke of Alabama.

Terry proudly served in the U S Navy, he was retired after many years of service from Stolle Corporation in Sidney. He was a Charter Boat Fishing Captain at Lake Erie. He was a graduate of Riverside High School in DeGraff, a member of the North Towne Church of God in Sidney.  He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney. Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., the time of service.
