HANNELORE McLEAN, age 84, of Sidney, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Sennfeld, Germany on August 25, 1933 to the late Fritz and Freida (Clausen) Eberhorn. On June 29, 1957, she married Frederick McLean, Sr. He preceded her in death on June 20, 2016.
Hannelore is survived by three children: Kathy Huffman of Sidney, Frederick E. (Diana) McLean of Gig Harbor, WA and Thomas A. McLean of Gig Harbor, WA; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Hannelore attended Only Believe Ministries in Botkins. She loved to dance, collect butterflies and work on all sort of puzzles. Most of all, she loved traveling with her husband during his decorated service to his country.
Hannelore will be interred with her husband in Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, DC.
