Delores A. Kerns

Delores A. Kerns, age 89, of Bellefontaine, passed away June 10, 2018, at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus.

She was born March 6, 1929 in Hardin County, Ohio, to the late Willis Wells and Carrie Brown.

Delores is survived by son, Glenn (Deborah) Kerns of Sidney, daughter, Cheri (Clark) Luster of Richmond, Virginia, four grandchildren; Carey Inman, Jason Inman, Jonathan Inman, Jessica Klein, three great grandsons; Kyle Inman, Max Inman and Michael Klein.

Delores was of the Christian faith.  She was a 1947 graduate from Belle Center High School. She was employed for over 20 years at the Buchenroth Men’s Clothing Store in Bellefontaine and a volunteer at the American Red Cross.  She was a very talented seamstress, enjoyed Ohio State Basketball and was a member of the Singles Club.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and/or the Diabetics Association in Delores’ memory.
