David W Fitzpatrick

David Wayne Fitzpatrick, age 66, of Piqua, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Wilson Health Emergency Room. He was born June 10, 1952 in Piqua, Ohio to father William Fitzpatrick and mother Stella (Combs) Fitzpatrick. He married the love of his life, Paula Cromes Fitzpatrick on October 9, 2004 and she survives.

David is survived by children Jennifer (Terry) Hughes of Houston, Gwen Fitzpatrick (Bill Hoge) of Sidney, Kelly (Chad) Seger of Minster, Brittnie Eick of Dayton, Faith Sheridan (Tommy Smith) of Fletcher, Mindy (Shawn) Terry of Port Jefferson, Jamie (AJ) Sanders of Sidney; 19 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother Jerry (Ester) Fitzpatrick of Indianapolis, Timothy (Gerri) Fitzpatrick of Sidney. He was preceded in death by sister Maggie Allen, and brothers George, Charlie, and Edward.

David enjoyed working on Dune Buggies, playing monopoly, and liked working on model trains. He loved spending much of his time with his children and his grandchildren.

Family and friends may call Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM at Adams Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:30 AM following the visitation with Reverend Harold McKnight officiating.
