Clairlynn Standley Sheipline

CLAIRLYNN STANDLEY SHEIPLINE, age 71, of Anna, passed away Friday, July 6, 2018, at her home.  She was married to Tom Sheipline for 45 years and he survives.  Clairlynn was a Mother to Jim (Carol) Doak of Sidney, Kurt (Krista) Sheipline of Anna and Burt (Fiancé’ Jennifer Hennessey) Sheipline of Anna.  She was Stepmother to Rita (Kurt) Manger of Anna and Tom Sheipline, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ.

Lynn Grew up in Botkins, and was a longtime employee of Stolle Precision and Adena of Dayton.  Lynn was a loving grandmother to 16 grandchildren and great grandmother of 8.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Marrietta (Parsons) Standley, as well as 2 brothers: Gary and Simon Standley; and 1 sister: Elveda Ott.  In addition to her husband and children, Lynn is survived by 3 siblings: Jody (Steve) Wildermuth of Anna, Tim (Jean ) Standley of Sidney and Melanie (Jim) Eisenhut of Celina.

Lynn attended Anna United Methodist Church.  After retirement, she enjoyed painting and sewing.  She also loved to travel and spend time with friends and family. 

Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Adams Funeral Home in Sidney with Pastor Andral Gooden officiating.  Burial will follow in Pearl Cemetery.  Friends may call from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
