Martha A. Treen

Martha and Archie had a daughter Linda (Micheal) Preece; son Robert G. (Patti) Fridley, Albert A. Treen (Scottie Terry) all of Sidney, Ohio, Tim (Idena) Treen , and Jane Hill of Alum Creek, West Virginia; siblings Art Kemp of Bellefontaine, Ohio, Donald (Jane) Kemp of Sidney, Ohio, John (Lottie) Kemp of Cheyenne, Wyoming, James (Geneva) Kemp of Lexington, Kentucky, Carolyn (Thomas) Moore of Laguna Woods, California; grandchildren Gina Fridley, Leah Fridley, Sara Fridley, and Laura (Joe) Schroer; Nicole (David) Lackso, Mindy (Kevin) Leapley, Todd (Joy) Treen, Hilary (Joshua) Preston; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; two siblings preceded her in death, Ralph Kemp and Marvin Kemp.

 

Martha worked 38 years for Copelands and enjoyed 28 years of retirement. She decorated cakes for birthdays, loved spending time and taking photos of her family. Martha attended the YMCA and belonged to the Church of Christ in Port Jefferson, Ohio. A special thank you to Hilary and Joshua for the love and care they gave Martha.

 

Family and friends may call Monday, September 16, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, Ohio. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor David Clem officiating. Interment will follow at Glen Cemetery in Port Jefferson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Miami County in Martha's memory. Condolences may be expressed online at theadamsfuneralhome.com.
