Willard Hillard

WILLARD HIGGINS, age 40, of Troy, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 at Kettering Medical Center in Dayton.  He was born in Troy on July 29, 1977 to the late Willard Higgins of Troy. 

Willard is survived by his step mom: Lois McDonald.  In addition, he is survived by three brothers: Eric (Lindale) Higgins, Sr., Jaim’e (Jodi) Brown and Joel (Ashley) Higgins.  Willard is also survived by his wife: Abba Higgins, with whom he shared a child: Trevon Higgins.  He also has five other children: Keashawn, Keonna, Kaiden, Maliki and Drequan; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Willard attended Troy High School and loved fishing, playing music and also enjoyed being around family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Mt. Zion Holy Union GOE, 324 Grove Street, Sidney, OH 45365 with Pastor Willie McGhee as Eulogist.  Arrangements are being handled by Adams Funeral Home in Sidney.
