So sorry for the loss of Pat. We had such a nice visit at the beauty shop not long ago. We were all laughing and talking and all shared hugs all around.

Jerry and Family,

Patt with two "ts" is what she told me to call her once; I am not sure that was just for me, but it is just one of the reasons why she was special.

Actually, she was one of the first people outside of family that I knew both first and last name. I remember her first as Patty Russell when she was a second grader at Fairlawn elementary. I knew her also through her high school days and in the late 60s when I spent time with your family. I remember that she could whistle louder than anyone by placing her thumb and finger in her mouth.

Then of course she was the Manager of the Shelby County Fair for a couple of years when I was 4-H Agent in Shelby County, so we worked together too. I cannot remember her without that great smile, or at least a little ornery grin. She will be missed.

Jerry & Patt's Family,

She always told me it was Patt with two "ts"; maybe I was the only one that had that message, but that is just one of the ways she was special to me.

I first remember her when she was Patty Russell, and in the second grade at Fairlawn. As I think back, she was probably one of the first non-family members that I knew both first and last names. Then of course I often saw her through her H.S. days, and with your family during the late '60s. (I remember she could put her fingers to her mouth and whistle louder that anyone I had ever heard.) People might not remember that she was Manager of the Shelby County Fair for a couple of years, so as 4-H Agent during that same time, had communication and contact with her a great deal.

I always enjoyed my conversations with her, and I never remember her without an infectious smile, or at least, a little ornery grin. She will be missed.

Take care,
Tom

So sorry for your loss. We both met Pat when we worked at the hospital. Pat made a big point of sharing June 2nd with our daughter who was born that day. Pat came down to my room to congratulate us. I am sure she will be missed by many as she has touched many lives.
