Mary E. Carey, age 85, of Sidney, OH passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2016 at Wilson Health. She was born on January 6, 1931 in Houston, OH to George Schloss and Esta Bell Huston Schloss. She married Robert Carey on June 25, 1948.
Mary is survived by 2 daughters; Gloria (Clyde) Seiber of Oakridge, TN; Debbie (Gary) Rosser of Sidney, OH; 2 sons; Ronald (Linda) Carey of Sidney, OH; Bill (Sandy) Carey of Sidney, OH; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; brother Robert Schloss of Sidney, OH; sister Doris Cook of Sidney, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents George Schloss and Esta Bell Huston Schloss, husband Robert Carey; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Mary was a homemaker and member of the Sidney Apostolic Temple. She loved to spend time with her family and friends, fishing, baking and playing bingo. She was an avid Cincinnati Reds baseball fan and a big Joey Votto and Billy Hamilton fan.
