Louise Elaine (Knight) Christian

Louise Elaine Christian, age 73 of Sidney, passed away Thursday April 12, 2018 at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima at 9:45P.M.

She was born December 24, 1944 in Waco, Texas to father Dewey Pierson Knight Jr. and Margie Lou Knight who preceded her in death. She was married to Franklin D. Christian who passed away February 10, 2014.

Louise was preceded in death by brothers Dewey Pierson Knight III and Robert Knight. She is survived by sister Margie Lou Harrington of Richmond, Kentucky; son Dan Michael Christian Sr. and wife Debra of Broadhead, Kentucky; 3 living grandchildren, Priscilla, Dan Christian Jr. and wife Elizabeth, Franklin D. Christian II and wife Ashley and friend Sheena Barrett; 1 deceased grandchild, Victoria; and 12 great grandchildren.

Louise liked to knit, crochet, cook, and spent much of her time as a homemaker. She loved to spend time with her family.

Friends and family may call Sunday April 15, 2018 from 6 P.M. – 9 P.M. at Adams Funeral Home in Sidney. Graveside services will be held Monday April 16, 2018 at 10 A.M. at the Dayton National Cemetery.
