LANCE LEON JOHNSON, age 38, of Sidney, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Sidney on August 20, 1978 to Franklin and Shirley Ann (Jackson) Johnson of Sidney.
Lance is also survived by four children: Linsi Marie Johnson of Bellefontaine, Javon Carter of Huber Heights, Karmen Rapp of Zebulon, NC and Jayce Nicholas of Piqua; eight siblings: Franklin and Stacy Jackson of Sidney, Orlando Johnson of Sidney, Brandy Nichole Johnson of Troy, Trey Majors of Piqua, Lucas Hensley of Sidney, Starla Re-dawn Raydon Johnson of Sidney, Brandon Gregory of Sidney and Adrian Gregory of Sidney; and many nieces and nephews.
Lance was a 1996 graduate of Sidney High School. He enjoyed playing chess, rap music and spending time with his family. He especially enjoyed listening to Tupac Shakur.
Services will be at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Adams Funeral Home in Sidney with Rev. Willie Magee officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery in Sidney. Friends may call from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon on Tuesday at the funeral home.
