Larry E. Webb

Larry E. Webb, age 77, of Sidney, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Wilson Health Emergency Room in Sidney.  He was born on October 26, 1946, in Sidney, to the late Robert and Velma (Howell) Webb.  On October 4, 1969, he married Deborah (Knipp) Webb and she survives.

In addition to his wife, Larry is survived by two children: Stacey (Charles) Miller and Carmen Webb, both of Sidney; grandchildren: Brittany, Rebecca and Aubrianna; great grandchildren: Kenzleigh, Sawyer and Armani; siblings: Donna Elsas of Sidney, John (Virginia) Webb of Anna, Carolyn (Tony “Bucky”) Francis of Versailles, Marilyn (Eugene) Monnin of Russia, and Kenny (Shirley) Webb, Linda (Ed) Humes and Nancy (Daniel) Lawrence, all of Sidney.  In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by two sisters: Diane Burkholder and Beth Webb; two brothers-in-law: Gary Elsass and Darwin Burkholder; one grandchild: Conner; and one great grandchild: Madelynn.

Larry was a 1965 graduate of Anna High School.  He proudly serviced his country as a member of the US Air Force.  Larry retired from Provico in Botkins and Kettlersville.  He was a member of United Methodist Church in Anna.  Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing and shooting guns.  He was a member of Shelby County Deer Hunters.  Larry loved spending time with his family, grandchildren and friends.

Family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home with Jason Schaffner officiating.  Burial will follow in Glen Cemetery in Port Jefferson with full military honors provided by US Air Force and Shelby County Veterans.
