Gerald Beers

GERALD BEERS, age 82, of Sidney, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2018 at his residence.  He was born on August 24, 1935 in Sidney to the late Pete and Iva (Park) Beers.

Gerald is survived by three children: Darla (Terry) Presser of Houston, OH, Annie (John K.) Adkins of Sidney, OH and Brian Beers of Ft. Loramie, OH; seven grandchildren: Jacob Beers, Michelle (Jason) Foster, Mindy (Kevin) Kitchen, Johnny (Tara) Adkins, Jasma (Ty) Mercer, Mindy (Dennis) Ullery and Lindsi (Ken) Meek; thirteen great grandchildren: Korteney, Ethan, Emilee, Allison, Delia, Kadin, Kendal, Trayce, Nora, Mitchell, Myles, Maddix and Jacobi; one sister: Carol Ann Cavinder of Sidney, OH; and his former wife: Doris Stanczyk of Margate, FL.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Gerald retired from Stolle Corporation and Wal-Mart.  He loved to go to the Waffle House and hang out with his friends.  Gerald also enjoyed spending time with his family.
