Billy J Goodman Sr. of Sidney, age 84, retired from this life today December 13, 2017 at Wilson Health.
He was born February 28, 1933 in Linton, Indiana. He is preceded by his father, Lloyd Goodman, mother Hazel Baker Goodman, son Jeff (Bodine) Goodman, and grandson Edward Lloyd Goodman.
He is survived by his children Candiss Haste of New Castle, Indiana, Billy J Goodman Jr. (Sherry) of Lockington, Ohio, Anthony Goodman (Charlene) of Brownwood, Texas, Betty Jo Roe of Brownwood, Texas, sister Violet Buskirk of Worthington, Indiana, eight grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
He worked for the automobile industry in Florida until his retirement. His hobbies included driving his pickup truck, doing yard work for his children, and visiting family and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home with the service to follow at 12:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Linda Dulin-Moore. Burial will be held at Beachwood Cemetery in Lockington.
